Hi there! My name is Katie Prasser. I am the founder and sole owner of Grove Consulting. My small but mighty firm is committed to helping leaders, teams and organizations realize their full potential...and in turn make a difference in the world. Sounds a bit lofty, but that's my passion and it is what I set out to do when I launched Grove Consulting in the midst of one of the worst economic downturns in recent history.

The year was 2008. After spending more than 20 years as a leader within the local government, defense contracting, telecommunications, financial, and non-profit industries, I wanted something more. I wanted to make a difference. I wanted to help facilitate positive change for and with others. So, on a leap of faith, Grove Consulting was born. Many people must have thought I was crazy to leave an executive post at a really cool national non profit to pursue a dream; but I had a vision and a plan. Here it is many years later, and something seems to be working! Over the past 15 years I've worked with some pretty amazing clients who share my passion for making a difference in their places of work, in their communities, across the nation, and within themselves, too.

I work with federal and local government agencies, non profit organizations and for profit business across the United States. Most of my work comes through client referrals. A partial client list is outlined below to give you a flavor of who I've worked with over the  years. My C-suite experience as a non profit COO/CEO in addition to years delivering internal organizational development and human capital consulting services in the corporate and local government sectors, has equipped me to provide a unique and practical perspective in delivering consulting services.
